Five Signature Tableaus
Each Lavier box comes with our five signature chocolate Tableaus. Every piece is crafted by hand by an experienced chocolatier without the assistance of machinery or an assembly line.
Uncompromising Quality
Our chocolate is imported from Italy, it’s tempered using traditional methods and uncompromising standards.
Each piece is finished with real, edible gold and silver, blended directly into the hand applied finish.
The cherries are wild Amarena cherries, imported from Italy, prized for their depth, acidity, and natural intensity.
The espresso is imported from France, selected for balance and restraint rather than bitterness.
Heavy cream and butter are sourced exclusively from the Pacific Northwest, chosen for richness and clean dairy finish.
We’ve chosen two different fats that melt at different temperatures so the taste evolves as you enjoy them.
Ceylon cinnamon is sourced from Sri Lanka, valued for its warmth and subtle sweetness.
Navel oranges are sourced from Florida, selected for brightness and natural oils.
